A SCAD couple creates a pistachio pantry staple
The Savannah College of Art and Design reached out to me to help document the story of the founder’s of the world’s greatest up-and-coming pistachio spread, Pistakio. In their portland home I met with Nico Buffo and Fran Voit to talk all things Pistakio and what makes it takes to run a food start-up. The story was written by Allison Stice follows the couples journey from dorm room to commercial kitchen where they’re currently in over 100 grocery stores across the country.
